Shipping: Please allow 1-5 days for your order to be shipped. We ship USPS Priority with insurance and tracking, this is to ensure safe delivery of your items and the ability to recoup our costs in case of loss or damage. Shipping is $10.00 per order. We’re not Amazon, so we won’t shove your tiny item into a refrigerator box with a piece of tissue paper, but we also don’t get super deals from the shipping companies.

Payment: We use PayPal for all transactions.

Returns: As a rule, we do not accept returns. We are willing to discuss on a case by case basis. Please be sure to read the measurements and descriptions carefully. If items arrive damaged by or are lost in shipping, we will provide full refunds, We must have visual proof of damage as packages are insured and we will have to file a claim with USPS. Please contact us with any concerns or questions, we want you to be a happy customer!

Caveat: Gently used items may have some slight imperfections, as is the nature of something that is not brand new. We take our time to sift through the detritus to bring you the best of the best, like new and pristine condition vintage and newer items. Any noticeable flaws will be noted in descriptions, but we may miss a tiny stain or missing sequin here and there. Handcrafted items are handcrafted and therefore have the imperfections that come from the process of making, we like to think this is part of the charm of handmade.
