Founded in 1916 in Susquehanna, PA by Samuel Netzky, Ship n Shore was originally called the Susquehanna Waist Company. Waist was a term for what we now call a blouse, and blouses were the mainstay of this manufacturer. They started manufacturing officially under the Ship n Shore brand in 1954, but according to the Vintage Traveler applied for a trademark in 1939. The brand was purchased in 1977 by Montgomery Ward, and it no longer in production.

Fashions from The RetroFab are quality vintage, newer, and new with tags. They may have small flaws, which will be noted in descriptions. We believe in SLOW FASHION around these parts!
